What is Free-To-Air?
Free-To-Air (FTA) has many benefits over other satellite systems. Free-to-air satellite systems allow you to get satellite TV programming for free! There are over 3,000 free-to-air TV and radio channels available worldwide, available in numerous languages. Many people enjoy watching programming from their home country. This is all possible with FTA equipment.
Sales of FTA receivers have soared in the past 8-12 months because of the new firmware being released on to the Internet. New firmware replaces that placed by the factory, and allows people to view programming that would otherwise not be available.
FTA Shipping Policy
All FTA Satellite systems and hardware are shipped from our warehouses located in the US or Canada. Shipping is calculated at the time of the sale. Most receivers cost around $23 to ship. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail once your product is shipped.
FTA Return Policy
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You must contact Satellite Systems Services for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. All units are checked upon receipt to confirm the factory defect. If no problem is found, or the problem found is not caused by a factory defect, Satellite Systems Services will charge a "no problem found" fee of $30 to your credit card. Satellite Systems Services does not issue refunds on returns. Exchanges and repairs are your sole options when returning a product to us. When returning a product to us, only ship us the defective item. Do not ship any accessories that came with your unit unless instructed to so by Satellite Systems Services personnel.nbsp; If you choose not to have your product repaired, the unit will become the property of Satellite Systems Services after 30 days.
